Booking and Cancellation Policy

Upon reservation:
To confirm your booking, a valid credit card number is required as a guarantee, which may be used in case of a no-show.

A pre-authorization will be made on your credit card (blocking of funds without debit; subject to your bank’s processing rules).

Upon arrival:
At check-in, Hôtel Le Quetzal will block an amount on your credit card. This amount depends on the type of reservation and may include the full cost of your stay, taxes, fees, and a security deposit for incidental charges (minimum €50).

The blocked amount will be released at check-out after payment of your invoice (subject to room and extras inspection).

Please note: depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 days or more for the funds to be available again in your account.
The hotel will not be held responsible for any overdraft fees caused by this pre-authorization.

A valid ID matching the name on the credit card may be requested upon arrival.

Stay cancellation

Any cancellation or modification must be confirmed in writing (by post or email); the date of receipt of the written document will determine the cancellation/modification date. Any cancellation/modification occurring more than 3 days (10 days during the summer period from July 1st to August 31st) before the scheduled arrival date will be free of charge. For any cancellation/modification occurring less than 3 days (10 days during the summer period from July 1st to August 31st) before the scheduled arrival date, the amount of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 3:00 PM
We will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible, and by 3:00 PM at the latest.
Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM.

Check-out: 11:00 AM
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
A luggage room is available for your convenience.
Any late check-out without prior approval will be charged 50% of one night’s rate.

Unreported charges

Any unreported consumption (bar, phone, breakfast, etc.) will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee.

The hotel does not offer currency exchange services.
